Brush & Floss Your Teeth Daily

Brushing your teeth twice daily and flossing (or water flossing) once a day will greatly reduce the build up of plaque and bacteria in our mouths… allowing for cleaner, whiter teeth and also promoting healthy gum tissue

A daily mouthwash rinse for 30-60 seconds can not only give us fresh breath… but also reduce the number of harmful bacteria in our mouths… minimizing the advancement of gum disease and tooth decay.

Routine oral exams are one of the most important things we can do to maintain a healthy mouth and a healthy smile. Yearly examinations will allow your dentist to properly and thoroughly ensure your mouth is in optimal condition.
