Shining a Spotlight: Hope Puskas

Hi, my name is Hope, and my journey with Supplement King began in May 2021 as a part-time sales associate. Fast forward to today, and I’m honoured to serve as the General Manager of the Regina Victoria Ave E location, while also supporting our Grasslands at Harbour Landing location twice a week. Being a woman in the supplement industry has been a journey of resilience, determination, and growth.

When I first started, this industry was largely dominated by men, but now, I am proud to see more and more women claiming their space in a field that once felt intimidating. Whether it’s for general health, wellness, or athletic performance, women are confidently finding their place, and I’m excited to be a part of that shift. Walking into a supplement store can sometimes feel overwhelming, with so many options and choices to navigate. That’s where I come in. My mission is to help women feel confident, supported, and at ease when selecting the right products to fuel their unique goals, because every woman deserves to feel empowered in her health and wellness journey.

While working at Supplement King and being an avid gym-goer, I discovered my own passion for bodybuilding. In 2023, I competed for the first time, and I have plans to continue competing in the future. The world of bodybuilding, historically seen as a male-dominated sport, is now witnessing women rise, challenge boundaries, and redefine what strength truly means. Women in bodybuilding are proving that muscle, power, and discipline are not bound by gender—they are a testament to the power of will, dedication, and self-belief. We are embracing strength in all its forms, from sculpting our physiques to pushing both our mental and physical limits.

I am beyond grateful for the incredible journey I’ve had so far with Supplement King. It’s not just about helping customers; it’s about empowering people—especially women—to embrace their strengths and achieve their dreams. Every day, I strive to inspire confidence, break barriers, and show that with the right guidance, support, and dedication, anything is possible.
