Where Strength is Celebrated

With International Women’s Day coming up, I’ve been reflecting on what it truly means to be a woman in today’s world – to lead with strength, to move with resilience, and to rise even when life tries to weigh you down.

I am a proud mom of three incredible children – two beautiful daughters and one amazing son – and they are the reason I push harder, love deeper, and refuse to give up. Motherhood has been the most challenging and the most empowering journey of my life. There were seasons that tested me in ways I never expected. Moments that forced me to dig deeper, stand taller, and rediscover who I am – not just as a woman, but as a mother.

My middle daughter was born on International Women’s Day, and that has never felt like a coincidence to me. She is a constant reminder of strength, of purpose, of what it means to raise powerful, kind, confident girls in this world. Every day I look at my daughters and think: I am not just raising children – I am raising future women. Women who will know their worth. Women who will stand on their own. Women who will never feel like they have to shrink to fit into anyone else’s expectations.

Being part of Supplement King is so special to me because it gives me a platform to live that belief out loud every single day. It’s more than supplements on shelves. It’s conversations with women who are just starting their fitness journey. It’s supporting moms trying to find time for themselves again. It’s cheering on young girls discovering their confidence in the gym. It’s reminding every woman who walks through our doors – and every woman who follows along online – that she is capable of more than she thinks.

To me, empowerment isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. It’s about choosing yourself – even when it’s hard. It’s about fueling your body, protecting your peace, and building a life your children are proud to watch you create.

I am proud to stand in a space where women are supported both inside and outside the store – where strength is celebrated in every form.

To every woman and girl reading this:

Your independence is powerful.
Your voice matters.
Your dreams are valid.
And there is absolutely nothing you cannot achieve when you decide you are worthy of it.

Today we celebrate women. Tomorrow we keep raising them. 💛
