Coach Len has been a leader in the fitness world for 15+ years. He studied Kinesiology at the University of Regina, Majoring in Human Kinetics, was a personal trainer for several years, and led in-person group fitness classes at a variety of studios. Len’s passion for fitness is shown through his dedication to providing wellness routines that are accessible to all.
