Important Notice:
It has recently come to our attention that some Grasslands Gift Card users are experiencing issues using their card. Due to a software update on July 16th, several gift cards have become unusable at our participating retailers, despite showing a remaining balance.
If you have recently purchased a Grasslands Gift Card and/or have gifted one to someone else, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to resolving this issue promptly.
To rectify this situation, we will be issuing new Grasslands Gift Cards to impacted customers. Please contact us below at your earliest convenience to determine if you’re card has been affected and to arrange for your new card:
