Welcome to Quan’s Hot Yoga! I’m Meiying Quan, founder and owner of Quan’s Hot Yoga, and I’m thrilled to share the heart and soul behind our studio with you. Quan’s Hot Yoga is more than just a yoga studio—it’s a sanctuary for holistic wellness, offering a diverse array of yoga and Pilates classes tailored to meet the needs of both novices and seasoned yogis. Our two studios make it easy for you to find your flow, no matter where you are in the city.
From Healing to Helping
My personal journey into yoga began in 2005 after I suffered a severe neck injury with herniated discs and debilitating pain. Faced with the prospect of surgery, I sought an alternative path to healing. That’s when I discovered yoga. Through dedicated practice, not only did I overcome my physical pain, but I also uncovered a deep passion for the practice. Yoga changed my life, and I knew I wanted to share its transformative power with others. That passion led me to establish Quan’s Hot Yoga, a space where people of all backgrounds and fitness levels can come together to move, breathe, and heal.
Our Class Offerings
At Quan’s Hot Yoga, we offer a diverse range of classes designed to meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey:
- Hot Yoga Classes: Held in eco-friendly, state-of-the-art heated studios, our classes maintain temperatures between 36-39°C with 35-40% humidity. This setting enhances flexibility, detoxification, and cardiovascular health.
- Mat Pilates: Focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, our mat Pilates classes challenge you using just your body weight and gravity.
- Reformer Pilates: For those looking to deepen their practice, our Reformer Pilates classes incorporate specialized equipment to enhance breathwork, alignment, stabilization, and core strength.
Workshops & Special Events
Beyond our regular classes, we love bringing our community together through specialized workshops and events. One of my personal favorites is the INTRO to REFORMER WORKSHOP, where I guide participants through the foundations of Reformer Pilates. We also host holistic wellness experiences like BALANCE & GROUND YOUR ENERGY IN 2025, which combines crystal bowl sound healing with Reiki-infused Yin Yoga and meditation. These offerings provide a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit.
