GENERAL
Harvard Developments Corporation (the “Contest Sponsor” or “Harvard”) is sponsoring the “Passport to Paradise” contest (the “Contest”) which runs from 8:00 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2024 to 11:59 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2024 CST (the “Contest Period”).
By entering this Contest, the entrant agrees to accept and abide by these rules and regulations (the “Contest Rules”). All decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation of the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of Regina who are 19 years of age or older. The Contest is not open to owners or employees of Grasslands retailers, and their immediate families or persons with whom the employee is domiciled.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, entrants must collect four digital stamps via QR code at participating Grasslands retailers, utilizing the Flex Rewards platform. Once four stamps have been collected, entrants will be automatically entered to win the Contest. There is no limit on Contest entries.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the use of their name for the purpose of conducting this Contest and, if consent is provided, for marketing and promotional purposes.
PRIZES
The Contest will award one $5000.00 CAD SellOffVacations travel voucher, redeemable only at SellOffVacations in Grasslands, located at 4830 Gordon Rd #180, Regina SK, S4W 0B7 (the “Prize”). The winner of the Prize will not be eligible to win any additional prizes issued for the Contest.
Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein or incurred by the Prize winner in using the Prize.
THE CONTEST WINNER
Harvard will make one random prize draw to determine the winner of the Contest (the “Contest Winner”).
Harvard will make one random prize draw from all eligible entries received. The Contest winner will be selected (at random) at 12:00 p.m. CST on Monday, May 27, 2024.
All prizes must be picked up within ten (10) business days from the Contest Sponsor, and arrangement for pickup is the responsibility of the Contest Winner. The Contest Winner will be notified via email within approximately one business day of the end of the Contest (the “Notification”).
The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any inaccurate or incorrect information provided to it, or that results in any way from the transmission, receipt or processing of entries. If the first selected entrant does not respond within three business days of first contact, the Contest Sponsor will have the right to disqualify that entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry. By entering your name into the Contest, you agree that if you are a selected entrant that is disqualified and a Prize is forfeited for any reasons, the Contest Sponsor will be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. If selected entrant is not eligible or does not otherwise meet the requirements as set out in the Contest Rules, the Contest Sponsor will have the right to disqualify said entrant and randomly draw another eligible entry for purposes of awarding the Prize, and the Contest Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

PRIZE TERMS
By entering the Contest, entrants and selected entrants, agree to release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, SellOffVacations and their directors, employees, officers, agents and affiliates from any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons or property, including but not limited to death, resulting in whole or in part directly or indirectly from the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of an awarded Prize, participation in any Contest-related activity including any travel related thereto and/or participation in the Contest.
By entering the Contest, each selected entrant agrees to sign and return the following to Harvard within three days of Notification:
A form affirming eligibility and compliance with all Contest Rules (form may require notarization);
Any other release/document as requested by the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or modify the Contest Rules at any time for any reason whatsoever.
The Contest Sponsor will not be liable for any human or technical errors that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the entries.
No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants requesting the Contest Rules by mail or requesting names of the Prize winners (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be provided).
The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Contest Sponsor as a result of technical problems or human error, or any combination thereof.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process for the Contest.

Harvard Developments Corporation (the “Contest Sponsor” or “Harvard”) is sponsoring the “Shopping Spree Giveaway” contest (the “Contest”) which runs from 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 25th, 2022, to 11:59 p.m. Friday, December 16th, 2022 CST (the “Contest Period”). Harvard Developments Corporation will make one random prize draw (“Draw”) to determine the Contest Winner (“Winner”). The Winner will be selected at 12:00 PM CST on Monday, December 19th, 2022. The Prize must be picked up within (10) business days from the Contest Sponsor, and arrangement of pickup is responsible to Contest Winner. The Winner will be notified by direct message within approximately one business (1) day of the Draw (“Notification”).
The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any inaccurate or incorrect information provided to it, or that results in any way from the transmission, receipt or processing of entries.
